Shipping policy

All products in our store are made to order through our production partner.

Processing & Production Time

After an order is placed, the product is first manufactured specifically for the customer. This process usually takes 2–5 business days. Once production is complete, the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Time

Delivery within the Europa usually takes 5–8 business days after the package has been shipped.

The total time from placing the order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your package.

Important Notice

All products are individually produced based on customer orders. For this reason, the possibility of changing or canceling an order may be limited, especially once production has already begun.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or the shipment is not collected, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
