Refund policy
Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@resfacetae.com.
The goods must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out below.
Returns or exchanges are handled in the following cases:
- the item arrived damaged
- the item has a manufacturing defect
- you received a different item than the one you ordered

We recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible after receiving the goods, ideally within 30 days.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the defect
- photographs of the product
After reviewing the claim, we may offer:
- replacement of the product
- a new item (reprint)
- or a refund
