Refund & Returns Policy

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in EU countries have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving goods, unless the goods are made to the customer's specifications. RES FACETAE products are individually manufactured to order and are therefore exempt under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU — the right of withdrawal does not apply to these goods.

Because each item is created specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.

However, we will gladly resolve any issue in the following cases:

• the item arrived damaged

• the item has a manufacturing defect

• you received the wrong item

We recommend submitting any claim as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 30 days.

Please include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• photographs of the product

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

• a replacement item

• a reprinted product

• or a full refund
